I was open minded about [hypnosis] but had never tried it before.
I continue to want to become more comfortable with my own inner compassionate voice (and not the inner critic) so that I approach the world from a place of confidence, compassion, and love rather than fear and keeping myself small.
I’m continuing to have success stories but mostly was so intrigued by hypnotherapy after doing the group class on “Increasing your Intuition” in the tree house at Soul Camp. The positive thoughts that Grace Smith spoke truly ran through me that day in the tree house and I have carried them with me ever since. Things like “it is safe to trust myself” and interacting with “little me” are things that have been re programmed in my brain.
