I wasn’t familiar with hypnosis but I do meditate and I know it’s powerful. I was curious about trying something different.
When I first started I didn’t really know what I wanted to change in my life, but I guess I’d like to improve on procrastination.
I just started the program if I’m honest, but I’m loving it. I find it different in many ways from my meditation practice. So far I feel centered and empowered by Grace’s words and little notes. I feel also that the binary recordings calm and tingle my mind, I can’t wait to see the results of this.
