Grace’s voice has the ability to calm me down like nothing else. I love listening to her and I could do it all day. Even from when she says “take a nice, deep, letting go breath” I instantly feel better. Her hypnosis have helped me more than anything else and I wouldn’t be as well and confident as I am now without her videos and recordings. I constantly felt unsafe before but I haven’t had another panic attack since I started hypnosis.
