I thought it would be really hard to be hypnotized, that [hypnosis] would probably not work for me.
I did not have one specific problem, but just an overall feeling of being stuck in life – like I could not get out of my own way and that there were lots of things I wanted to try, but was too afraid and stuck to actually do them.
I started the boot camp and within the first few days started to feel a shift. Every item that had been on my to-do list for months got done and I started playing guitar again and signed up for singing lessons – an item on my bucket list that I was TERRIFIED to try.
