I thought [hypnosis] was silly and something I wouldn’t like.
I have really bad depression and have been working on naturally curing myself for years. I tend to have really bad days where I just can’t seem to shake my funk and the 3 minute meditation has helped me a bunch on those days. I would say they have saved my family. I have become a calmer wife and mother. Thank you Grace.
