I do not have big issue but I think I have the most common one: I thought my happiness depended on other people’s behavior.
I realized that my own happiness depends on my thoughts only. I am still working on it but it is important to have the realization that it is not others, it is only our own thoughts and actions that can make us happy or not. And it is a choice we have to make every day, every moment.
