I didn’t really know much about [hypnosis] except what I’ve seen on TV – mostly trying to help witnesses remember details from crimes.
My son passed away suddenly and I was trying to reassimilate my whole world it felt like.
It’s been almost two years since I first discovered Grace and began using hypnosis and meditation as a tool in my grief journey. In that time I feel like I’ve come to as much peace as possible about my son’s death, and found as much meaning and lessons as I can in that loss. In addition, I’ve discovered that I have a gift in leading people who are struggling, and I’ve gained the confidence to launch a coaching and reiki business. My next step is to study hypnotherapy with Grace so I can extend the chain she started.
