So much is changing when we’re pregnant and this series is here to give you some strong footing; something that you can come back to again and again. You can rely upon hypnosis to help you feel just a little bit better, a little more confident, a little bit happier and a little bit more relaxed when everything else can be swinging back and forth.
This hypnosis series will help you enjoy your pregnancy and prepare for the day you will meet your baby. This series is meant to support all Mamas – whatever your birth plan is and whatever your actual birth ends up being. You’re worthy and deserving of having a happy birthing day.
This is not a typical hypnobirthing course, which is conducted in person, with weekly classes, each lasting at least two-and-a-half hours. Instead, this is a beautiful compilation of things that will help you to enjoy the experience more and prepare for your birthing day.

Here’s what each day entails:
Day 1: Visualize meeting your new baby right where it is now
Day 2: Release any fears and start to focus on calm confidence
Day 3: Learn a deep relaxation process that you can practice daily and use during your labor
Day 4: Train yourself to apply a special numbing technique to different parts of your body
Day 5: Focus on loving your beautiful, pregnant body and really enjoying your pregnancy
Day 6: Visualize positive outcomes, come what may
Day 7: Bring everything together and meet your new, beautiful baby
