I didn’t know much about [hypnosis], and didn’t think much about it. I would have associated it with stage hypnosis.
I was going through a divorce, which was difficult in a multitude of ways.
One of the things that made me realize I wasn’t processing it fully and getting past it was the exercise we did where I was connected to him and pulling my energy back and sending the icky energy back his way. Our connection was far too robust in my mind. It helped specifically for me to detach and heal more.
